The Indo-Japan Welfare and Cultural Association (IJWCA), located in a posh locality of Kolkata (Calcutta), with its own three two-storied buildings inherited from the Seaman's Employment Center of Japan for promoting cultural relations between India and Japan and also for the welfare of the Indian people.
